How It Works
The HPF fund model
Event bucket created
Every event gets its own financial bucket the moment it is published.
Participants pay
Online (Razorpay) or offline payments are recorded into the event bucket.
Expenses recorded
Every expense — venue, food, materials — is entered with amount and date.
Surplus to reserve
After the event closes, the surplus goes into the HPF Reserve Fund for future events.
